We work with different carriers to deliver our products across Canada and the United States. In Canada, we currently use Canada Post and in the States, we use USPS, FedEx or others.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email (psst make sure to check your spam folder). It will be found in the email titled βYour Yumi oats are on their way!" in the clickable link βTrack Your Shipmentβ.
If you click on the tracking number itself, you will be re-directed to the carrier's tracking page. There, you can find more details on transit updates and on the location of your parcel.
Please note that the estimated delivery varies based on your location. Normally, all of our parcels are delivered within 2 to 14 business days. π
